I am building a Ghostwriting business. Ghostwriting is a concept that is either foreign to or misunderstood by most people.

​

Ghostwriting occurs in all aspects of published content. Books, movie scripts, songs, blog posts, social media content, email marketing, web pages, e-newsletters, and case studies are all examples.

​

Businesses and individuals have excellent ideas and messages but do not have the time to stop and write that book, recurring blog post, periodic email, etc. Having employees carve out the time they would otherwise be paid to complete their assigned tasks is not sound practice. 

​

Ghostwriters do not get public credit for their work. As a copywriter, bylines are insanely effective. They allow me to grow my brand, get referral traffic, and generate leads organically. So, if I’m not gaining that benefit by writing for another publication, it’s only fair for me to ask for extra compensation. This is an industry standard.
